1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "Account Holder") and kt99, governing your access to and use of the kt99 online gaming platform available at kt99.vu and any associated applications. By accessing, registering on or using the kt99 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these T&C in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the kt99 platform.

kt99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these T&C at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the kt99 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Where material changes are made, kt99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the kt99 platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals under legal guardianship or court-imposed legal incapacity may not register.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number and a valid email address.
• kt99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one kt99 account. Registering or operating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these T&C and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify kt99 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. kt99 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use prior to receipt of such notification.
• All activity conducted through your account — bets placed, games played, transactions completed — is deemed to have been carried out by you personally unless you have notified kt99 of unauthorised access.
• kt99 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and security checks at any time. Accounts registered with false or misleading information are subject to immediate closure and fund forfeiture.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kt99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kt99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own standard fees outside kt99's control. Players are responsible for understanding the fees and limits set by their chosen payment method.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kt99 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and the general bonus conditions below. By claiming any bonus you agree to be bound by all applicable terms. kt99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any offer at any time without prior notice.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual offer terms. The applicable rollover multiplier for each offer is stated at the point of the offer. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household and per device unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another player's account.
• kt99 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines that a player has exploited a technical error, bug or loophole to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid and Pohela Boishakh are time-limited. Any unclaimed bonus credit or free spins expire at the time stated in the relevant offer and are forfeited automatically.

6. Responsible Gaming

kt99 is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment. Players who feel that their gaming habits are causing personal or financial harm are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within the platform, including voluntary deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kt99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these T&C and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds and referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering as a minor or assisting any minor in accessing or using the kt99 platform in any capacity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any system designed to place bets, spin games or interact with the platform in a manner not permitted by these T&C.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, manipulate betting markets or exploit bonus offers in a coordinated manner.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming intent for the purpose of disguising the origin of funds.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, whether or not such exploitation results in actual financial gain.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the kt99 platform — including software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of kt99 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise exploit any content from the kt99 platform without the prior written consent of kt99 or the applicable rights holder.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kt99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the kt99 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption or system failure, even if kt99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. kt99's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these T&C shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your kt99 account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these T&C excludes kt99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. kt99 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures and circumstances outside kt99's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

kt99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, kt99 may take such action in any of the following circumstances.

• Where kt99 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these T&C, including the prohibited activities set out in Section 7.
• Where kt99 is required to do so to comply with applicable law, a court order, regulatory directive or the instructions of a competent authority including law enforcement agencies.
• Where the account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve months or more. kt99 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before applying an inactivity closure. Any remaining real-money balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

kt99 collects, processes and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these T&C by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and kt99. By accepting these T&C you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out what data kt99 collects, for what purposes, on what legal basis, how long it is retained, and what rights you have in relation to your data. It is available at all times on the kt99 platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

kt99 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. The current version is always accessible on the kt99 platform and is dated with the effective date of the most recent revision. Where kt99 makes a material change — one that could reasonably affect your rights or obligations — kt99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the kt99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kt99's operations. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter informally by contacting kt99 support in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty days of the initial complaint, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure available on the kt99 platform. kt99 does not make specific claims regarding licensing jurisdiction and players should seek independent legal advice if required.
